Nespresso needed to improve their B Corp ‘community’ score, plus improve employee engagement and increase uptake of employee volunteer days. We helped them to trial different employee engagement tactics and run a pilot, with 3 community funds targeted at their HQ and 2 further boutiques. Results included evidence for B Corp evaluation in 2024, a significant increase in employee volunteering and immediate roll out to 8 more boutiques with 400% increase in overall funding.
