ActionFunder is committed to making its website and application accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
This accessibility statement applies to the website and web application for www.actionfunder.org.

This website and web application are partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliance and/or the exemptions listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reason(s):
(a) non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- It is not possible to navigate some of the key forms via keyboard only, failing WCAG 2.2 criterion 2.1.1
- We do not have captions or audio description on our marketing promotional video, failing 1.2.4 and 1.2.5 respectively
- Not all inputs purpose can be programmatically determined, failing 1.3.5
- Some text using certain combinations of our colour palette do not meet contract requirements, failing 1.4.3
- Not all links have clearly stated purpose, within the text or programmatically, failing 2.4.4
- Some information on the users profile needs to be filled in twice and isn’t autopopulated, failing 3.3.7
- Not all form elements, links and components have a name and role that can be programmatically determined, failing 4.1.2

This statement was prepared on 17th September 2025 via a self assessment completed by ActionFunder.
The statement was last reviewed on 17th September 2025 . It will be reviewed again by April 2026 after a comprehensive accessibility audit.
