On the 1st Dec 2025, the Backyard Nature movement, managed by ActionFunder, came to a close.
Over 16,000 people signed up to help everyone connect with and protect nature in their backyard.
We want to give a big thanks to our founding partner Iceland Foods Charitable Foundation and supporting funders over the last 6 years including Clarion Futures, Thames Water and the iWill movement.
And finally, we couldn’t sign off without a huge shout out to the founders of Backyard Nature, the Eco Emeralds from All Saints Primary School in Liverpool.
