We are a small but mighty team with an agile mindset and we’re passionate about the power of connecting businesses with local communities to collaborate and create meaningful change through our B Corp accredited SaaS platform.
Having recently refreshed our key channels, we are looking for maternity cover for up to 12 months to continue to drive targeted awareness, consideration and conversion with our key audiences.
This maternity cover position offers an excellent opportunity for a mid-level marketing professional to take on significant responsibilities and drive marketing initiatives in a dynamic, purpose-focused business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production & Management
- Lead content strategy with highly skilled copywriting and creative asset creation using Canva
- Co-manage monthly content calendar to ensure consistent, strategic content delivery
Create engaging, multi-channel content that resonates with customers and nurtures sales leads, including:
– Blog posts
– Social media content
– Newsletter and email campaigns
– Webinar content and materials
– Landing pages and case studies
- Produce one monthly newsletter
- Organise and produce live webinars with industry experts, including recording, editing, and distribution
Social Media Management
- Monitor and engage across all social media channels for both sides of the marketplace
- Track mentions, likes, and comments to maintain brand reputation and engagement
- Lead company social media posting, particularly leveraging CEO’s LinkedIn page for founder communications
Paid Media Management
- Work with digital media agency to optimise paid media spend, drive awareness and increase demo conversions
- Help coordinate PR, paid media, and events in partnership with agency
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyse performance across all marketing channels and optimise based on data insights alongside a content strategist
- Manage SEO initiatives for both organic and paid social content
- Utilise analytics tools including Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot for newsletters and landing pages
- Deliver quarterly reports to Leadership Team and Board on marketing performance and community insights
Essential Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in web content production, including webinar facilitation
- Proficiency in marketing tools:
– HubSpot (CRM and marketing automation)
– Canva (design and asset creation)
– Video editing software
– Experience with project management tools:
– Asana
– Slack
– Retool
– Google Drive
Desirable Requirements
- Webinar hosting experience with confidence in presentation
- Industry knowledge in ESG, Social Value, B Corp, or Purposeful Business sectors
- Advanced analytics experience using Google Analytics and SEMRush
- Lead generation expertise with HubSpot campaign setup and management
